New York educator, performing artist and musician Rachelle Pyne will speak on the role and influence of the arts through visual images and music over the past 50 years in shaping our perspectives. She will reference some of the art works in the gallery including 4 photos that will be on display by Annie Leibovitz – The Rolling Stones, Rolling Stones fans/Keith Richards and Mick Jagger. 31 Oct Fri PHOTOPOLIS Closing. In partnership with Carbon Arc we present the film screening of Everybody Street. Directed by Cheryl Dunn, Everybody Street illuminates the lives and work of New York's iconic street photographers and the incomparable city that has inspired them for decades. The documentary pays tribute to the spirit of street photography through a cinematic exploration of New York City, and captures the visceral rush, singular perseverance and at times immediate danger customary to these artists.
